Sixth Class Blog

Hi my name is Holly and I am Ms Leechs 6th class blogger. This month we are doing angles in maths and we are starting to do long divison aswell . In SPHE we are doing circle time it is really fun you get to talk about your feelings and you get to play some fun games in circle time . In history we are learning about the history of GAA we get to learn about the Bloody Sunday it is very interesting. In Gaeilge we are doing 3D art of a town after you have finished your town you have to label it in Irish. We are also doing clay art Halloween themed clay art it is really fun.   In my class, we have been doing lots of fun things. For example, in art we have been learning about Shepard Fairey and Banksy. They are both very good and talented artists and both unique in their own ways. We have also been reading a new book called The Thief of Always. It is a fantastic book and I would really recommend it. We have been doing quite a few poems as well like Subh Milis, The Girl with many Eyes and the most recent one, The Staring girl.
